Currently an adjunct Professor at William Jessup University teaching therapy courses and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she brings a wealth of experience from her past roles as a teacher, social worker, and program director overseeing clinical teams. Her diverse background equips her to support individuals and families in their journey toward healing and growth.
Life Coaching seems...
... a natural step and transition to be able to utilize my life and professional experience, gifts and skills to help others.

When I'm not helping others...
I love to read, create crafts and try new baking recipes. I love garage sales and thrift store shopping and spending time with family. I love all water... rivers, lakes, the ocean as well as working in the yard and garden.

Why I do what I do...
I love guiding and walking alongside my clients as they get to know and understand themselves better. Helping clients discover what has them stuck and working toward their personal and professional goals is so rewarding.
